We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition.
Be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied:

Opened screen protectors that have been applied to a device.
Personalised or customised products.
Clearance or final sale items (where stated on the product page).

How to Request a Return

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs of the issue to help resolve your claim quickly.

If an item is confirmed as faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item is faulty.
The item was damaged in transit.
